Beyond customs clearance, Aurora coordinates your entire freight movement — from origin pickup to final-mile delivery. We work with vetted air, ocean FCL/LCL, and ground carriers to give you a single point of contact for logistics and compliance.
Incoterms & Liability
Your Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, DAP, etc.) determine who is responsible for freight, insurance, and customs at each stage. We review your sales contracts and advise on the right Incoterms to protect your liability and control costs.
Ocean FCL & LCL
Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments have different documentation, transit time, and risk profiles. We book with major carriers (Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd) and manage Bill of Lading issuance and release.
Air Freight
For time-sensitive cargo, we book with major air carriers and freight forwarders. We prepare Air Waybills (AWB), coordinate airport-to-door delivery, and handle customs clearance at the destination airport.
Drayage & Last Mile
We coordinate drayage (port-to-warehouse trucking) through our network of licensed motor carriers, managing Delivery Orders, port pickup appointments, and final-mile delivery confirmation.
Cargo Insurance
Standard carrier liability is limited (as low as $0.50/lb for air). We arrange all-risk cargo insurance coverage for your shipments — protecting you against loss, damage, and general average.
