Final Reminder: Register for U.S. Customs and Border Protection's June Trade Enforcement Webinars

CBP is offering two free quarterly webinars in June: a Trade Violations Reporting (TVR) session on June 23 and an Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) session on June 25, aimed at helping the public report suspected trade violations. Registration is required but free.

Withhold Release Order (WRO) on Copper and Copper Products Manufactured in Serbia, by Serbia Zijin Copper D.O.O.

CBP issued a detention order against copper products from Serbia Zijin Copper D.O.O. based on evidence of forced labor indicators in production, including wage withholding and document retention. Importers may destroy, export, or provide evidence the merchandise was produced without forced labor.

FDA Added Additional Code for LPCO Issuer - Government Geographic Code Qualifier in PG13

FDA introduced a new qualifier code ("EU" for European Union) for the LPCO Issuer Government Geographic Code Qualifier in PG13, available for Stand-Alone Prior Notice and Food Commodity Combined Entry submissions. The change will be reflected in the next FDA ACE Supplemental Guide.
