Export Clearance
Compliant exports. Zero delays.

US exports worth $2,500+ require Electronic Export Information (EEI) filing in the Automated Export System (AES). We review export licenses, classify commodities under the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) system, and ensure full BIS and OFAC compliance.
EEI / AES Filing
Electronic Export Information must be filed in AES before export. We file on your behalf and provide the Internal Transaction Number (ITN) required by carriers. Failure to file carries civil penalties up to $10,000 per violation.
Export License Review
Certain goods (dual-use technology, defense articles, encryption) require an export license from BIS, DDTC, or other agencies. We review your commodity's ECCN classification and determine license requirements before you ship.
Routed Export Transactions
When a foreign buyer controls the export logistics, it becomes a routed transaction. We protect your liability by ensuring proper authorization letters, correct EEI filing, and appropriate record retention.
OFAC Screening
We screen all parties — buyers, freight forwarders, consignees — against OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) lists and other restricted party lists before every export transaction.
How It Works
- Provide export invoice, commodity details, and destination
- We review ECCN classification and license requirements
- File EEI in AES prior to export — ITN provided
- Carrier documentation prepared and confirmed
- Export records retained for 5 years per EAR requirements
